This policy covers cancellations and refunds for orders from Nissi Organics & Agro Food Traders, a division of Nissi Tekton Private Limited.
1. Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Perishable items
Eggs and fresh vegetables are eligible for a refund or replacement only if you report a problem with photo evidence within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email business@nissitekton.com within 48 hours of delivery, with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.
4. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Cash on Delivery refunds are paid by bank transfer or UPI to an account you provide.
