An online-payment order is confirmed only after your payment succeeds; a Cash on Delivery order is confirmed when our team confirms it with you. We may cancel an order because of stock unavailability, a pricing error or suspected fraud; if we do, we refund the full amount you paid.
3. Engineering and consulting services
Engineering, consulting and construction services from Nissi Archistructural are governed by separately agreed proposals or contracts. Those documents set the scope, fees, payment and refund terms for each engagement.

5. Governing law
