We ship Nissi Organics & Agro Food Traders products across India through trusted courier partners.
1. Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
2. Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
3. Shipping charges
A flat delivery charge of ₹60 applies to each order. Delivery is free on orders of ₹999 or more. The charge is shown in your cart and at checkout before you place the order. For very large orders or remote locations, our team will contact you before dispatch if any extra charge applies.
Fresh and perishable items — organic fruits and vegetables, batter, eggs, country chicken, Kadaknath chicken and fish — are delivered only within Chennai (PIN codes starting 600–603). Millets, biscuits, honey, dates, nuts, spices and oils ship pan-India.
4. Tracking
Once your order ships, we send a tracking link or number by SMS, WhatsApp or email.
5. Delays
If weather, courier disruption or other circumstances beyond our control delay your order, we will let you know as soon as we are aware of it.
